What is inside each cottage?
Each house has a kingsize bedroom, twin bedroom and a double sofa bed.
It can sleep 4 to 6 people.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large bath and a walk in shower. a living room with a smart tv and wifi. There is a private rear facing garden and a patio with additional seating at the front of the house.

all houses have private gardens. houses - fox burrow, badgers sett, rabbit warren, squirrels nest, hedgehog den and mouse hole all have hot tubs set up in the gardens and are included in the price. deer glade and otters halt do not have hot tubs, but a private garden overlooking the fields.
when can i stay?
we accept bookings all year round.
check in from 2pm and check out by 10am
please enquire to see if late check in/check out is available for your dates
how much does
it cost?
prices depend upon length of stay and the time of year. follow the link on our booking page to airbnb, here you can check your desired dates and compare prices.
discounts are offered on longer stays.
hot tubs are included in the total price. please see our about page for which cottages include a hot tub.
are there any extras?
There is onsite parking for two cars per cottage.
Seven cottages are pet friendly free of charge.
you will receive a welcome pack when you check in. this includes tea/coffee sachets, dishwasher tablet, sponge, bin bag and toilet roll.
cot, stairgate and highchairs are available upon request depending on availably , these can be found in the utility room.
there are laundry facilities on site, our utility room includes two washing machines, irons, ironing boards and linen horses to take back to your cottage.
we will happily recommend local services/attractions so you can get the
